Make a list of 23 things you have always wanted to do and make sure you do at least one on your birthday and the others by the time you are 24.
Alternatively get yourself and some friends booked in for an adventure sport day at a local outward bounds centre. You can do stuff like white water rafting, abseiling etc for under £100 and it would make a really great day out for you all to remember.

lazer tagging....bowling....shoot pool....golf course....clubbin'......get tipsy......get laid.......go eat at a fancy restaurant that u usually wouldnt go to......drive around the city and find something to get into.......get arrested wit all ur close buddies and repeat that old saying "danm we fu*ked up....." oh i don't know, just brain storming here....lol
