Well that is up to you. But after an accident you should let your mattress air out for the day and use a fabric freshener and if this is a big problem you should get a plastic mattress cover. I would also scrub the dirty area with bleach or amonia before you let it air out. Good Luck.

It must stink! If you keep pissing yourself, why not buy some plastic sheets? Its a lot cheaper and hygienic!
