Your first port of call should contact the solicitor themselves and you should ask for their complaints procedure. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution then you can contact the law society and obtain a complaints form. A copy can be sent to the solicitor and a copy for the law society for them to investigate. The law society are on the internet.

You must complain to the firm in question, and if its not resolved you can contact the law society, who may investigate and put the matter to the office for the supervision of solicitors. This is a lengthy process, be aware!
