i am tryingto clean up my aptop from all softwear/programs that i don't need! i have 2 large files for java but i'm not sure what it is exactl or what its used for?..can anyone help?

If you delete it, it will probably ask to be re-downloaded next time you try to run or view something that needs it, so it's probably best to just leave it for now.

Definitely! Java helps run things smoothly on your pc, especially there are types of applications which requires a java program to run properly
