They can now return to the Kalahari Desert and their normal lives, they are an Ancient Culture and should be protected rather than let people hunt for diamonds.

Yep good point, the problem is the south Africans though, they are so strong in southern Africa that they can put pressure on neighbouring countries to grant them concessions and unfortunately this sometimes means that tribes like the bushmen and the san have to make way. The real problem of course is that ancient traditions are being lost the san people can live in the kalahari through there knowlegde of the land, but because they are being moved of the land this will all be lost and do not kid yourself that just because they won one case they will win the war, as I said before south Africa is the super power in southern Africa and what they say will ultimately go.

It would be more realistic if we hunted THEM, they look pretty light on their feet and would make teriffic sport.

I mean, they have lived there for hundreds of thousands of years and THEY never found the diamonds. So what are we supposed to do, feel sorry for them or something.

get them into a reservation somewhere and feed them loads of alcohol. They'lll be happy enough i reckon. I mean, what's being an ancient culture got to do with anything?

Contrary to popular belief, the meek do NOT inherit the earth. Sorry and all that.

The Bushmen inhabited that area of land first and so it rightfully belongs to them. It is good that this has now been recognised in Law.
