Blackout Point on Neck?

Question

Is there a place on the neck, that if pushed with pressure, can cause someone to blackout. If so, how long does it cause the person to blackout for, and are there any down-sides to this

the answer is yes but only by cutting off the blood supply to the brain- risks include stroke and death
