Im currently studying dance, what I know is that dance is to do with movement and moving to music, it doesn't really matter what the movement is as long as your body is moving, one could pace up and down on a stage and one could call that dance. Your question is asking if sound could be used as a dance, I think no, because it is not movement, it's simply just sound, rather use your body afterall thats what dancing is all about. Goodluck.
