Vulgar is a very strong word. The dictionary defines it as indecent; obscene; lewd
Child porn is vulgar, Bestiality is vulgar, torture is vulgar. However this video doesn't seem to be vulgar,indecent,obscene, or lewd?
The suit says Sexual and racial? could it be that Evel objects to seeing a white woman kissing a black man? I've seen worst on Jerry Springer and Howard Stern ( The pre Sirius days) that I would call vulgar. i.e. Howard Sterns "its just wrong" segments or the many fights on Jerry's show.
If you don't like the rap watch the video without the sound and then judge if this is vulgar? Do you find anything offensive? If you do please tell us what it was here.

for one who cares and two west used his image with out permission and 3rd who cares west is so into himself right now that i cant stand him he used to be cool and i loved him but now paying an outragesous amount of cash to have a painting done of himself as an angle for god? plz!! all he had to do is call evel up say "dude can i use your get up in a vid"? thats all west is greedy and who cares

Negative, I like my vehicle, and it's paid off. I will do some freestyle walking for him though. It's like freestyle skateboarding, but without the board. Coming back from lunch, I pulled a sweet curb grind followed by a perfectly landed 360 using my Sketchers.

honestly i never saw the video, however, i believe anyone who sues anyone else in hollywood only does it for the publicity and the money. same goes for anyone who would beat someone with a baseball bat.
