If you opened it then no, you can;t take it back. This is purely for Health reasons.
If it is unopened, they should let you return it no problem, as long as you have a receipt

They will probably tell you that these are things you can easily check in-store but if you are there a lot then you may be in luck, try finding a clerk you have a good click with. Quite honestly I doubt you'll be able to exchange it if you opened and applied it, it's used now and for hygiene reasons they'll only be able to chuck it.

Just say that you do not want a refund but would just like it to be changed for your shade, i work in a debenhams store that do make-up and they should not have a problem with it also have you got your receipt just proof that you got it from there that makes things alot easier.
Hope this helps. x x

once the product is open and then seal has been broken you have no come back on this prouct they don't have to give you a refund because it was of merchantable quality when you bought it and you cannot exchange an item just because you dont like the colour of it....

I do not know but you should always try the color in the stor to avoid bringing the wrong shade.
You should go and ask them and try to convince them but you must have the reset.

Usually they will exchange it. If you are not sure about their returns policy pretend one of their staff pick the colour for you they will defiantly change it.

\Why don't you give them a ring and ask - if you don't ask you don't get! If they say no, you could always resell it on ebay or something similar
