Generally speaking, can a man not give a second look at a woman who is dressed in a tight top and a mini skirt

Look all you want, that's why she dresses that way. However, if you're with a girlfriend or your wife I think it's rude and thoughtless to gawk at another woman.

If you want the truth, here it is: Women only want hot guys to look at them. If you are old and/or unattractive, trust me they would think you are disgusting for ogling at them.

And if you do have to look at them, do it with CLASS. Don't stare like a bloody pervert. Even if a hot guy starts gaping, he will be a turn off.

So yes a man can give a second look at women but only if he does it subtly. And it would be best if you are attractive becaue that's the fact: women dress up only for the ATTRACTIVE members of the particular sex they desire.

Debra Dis correct, if you are with a partner it is rude both to your partner and to the woman you are ogling at. Do not stare, just glance and then look away. Women look at guys too but we do it subtly that's why you don't see many problems with the females looking at other guys.

there is nothing wrong with a second or even a third look provided you don't stare non-stop, she isn't with another man and your not with another woman. oh yea, no cat calls either.
