Hello, Yvonne. Now let's see... People who buy custom-made suits have a certain amount of discernment so we need to work that in somewhere. They also value personal service and like to feel they have a good relationship with the business. So...

Dear .....................,

we are writing to you for two very important reasons, and the first is to express our gratitude to you for your honouring us with your custom. Without discerning clients like yourself we could never have reached the level of success we have attained and we are glad that we have been able to meet your requirements.

Secondly, we are pleased to inform you that in order to serve you even better, we are relocating our business to new premises at (address and telephone number), which will be open from (date). Mr/Mrs (etc) Name, we highly value your patronage and shall be delighted to continue to serve you at our new address, where we look forward to welcoming you in the near future as our valued client.

Yours (etc...)

Hope this helps,

Lenky :)
