I thought that there were identified locations off Costa Rica, or are they just 'possible' locations?

Truth. Because the territories of ocean animals are so wide it impossible to pinpoint. They don't even have "breeding grounds", they just do it on the move, making it extremely rare to randomly find one.

It is true, those locations are possibilities, and strong ones but it can't be verified. Apparently the same is true of great white sharks, they have only recently discovered when they may breed after witnessing the males becoming aroused after gorging themselves on a whale carcus.... irrellevant to your question but there you go...

as an avid blue whale fanatic and the king of the whale watch foundation. i know for a fact the blue whales are really made by the same company that makes dolphins

Why would David Attenborough lie to us? I saw that episode too. Maybe you're getting confused with another type of whale.

Yeh it is. We have never accturly proven/found out where they breed. I think they go deep under the sea. Thing is they can go down there but our most powerful subs cant. Makes sense to me. Just my theory.
