"Fly Emirates" advertising?

Can it be fair that supposedly impartial referees wear "Fly Emirates" on their shirts when Arsenal have the Emirates stadium and a long commercial deal with the airline?

It's just sponsorship. Doesn't mean that they are affiliated or related.
