I'm impressed that you can tell it's ovarian pain.
Pre-ejeculate fluid contains sperm and it is possible to impregnate someone without penetration. There are cases of pregnancy without hymenal rupture.

Pregnancy does not cause pain in the ovaries two days later. For one thing, the egg comes from the ovaries down the Fallopian tube where it hopes to get fertilized. You may have simply been too strenuous in your fun.
To answer your question, theoretically yes, but chances are unlikely. You'd have to help the sperm get from outside of you to deep enough inside of you to fertilize you.
And even if it did happen, you wouldn't know right away and it sure as heck wouldn't be your ovaries that did the telling.
Chances are you're okay.

Highly unlikely. The pain in your ovaries can mean many things. Don't worry, I am sure you are fine.
However, even in situations like that, you should use a condom. You can get STD's just from his semen or penis touching you.

You probably won't get pregnant.But,It's also possible that some of the sperm might have slipped in.So,I'd be extra careful just incase. You never know.But,I wouldn't worry about it.I don't think I'd let that happen again for safety.But,If you do it again I'd have him shoot it away from your area.I hope I've helped.
