Just tell them straight up dont hold back make sure they get the point so that way they will do somthing about it. Not to be mean but sometimes this must be done

Just tell them plain and simple.... okay, you can use something like 'I hate to tell you this, but...' instead of 'yo, dude, you stink' ::grin:: But in the end it's best just to tell him. Please don't go around dropping hints with Christmas presents, that's soooooo tacky!
