subconscious is between unconscious and conscious aspect of your brain.... this is the actions or thoughts you dont need to plan anymore because it is there already... we can say automatic... for example...the beating ofyour heart, burping when you feel full, getting your hand out of fire... and things like that.....

Secretly a little person lives in that part of you brain, putting new thoughts in your head once in awhile so you dont think about the same thing over and over again.

It runs your heart, breathing, production of endorhphins, adrenaline, etc. Things in your body you could'nt run are preformed there. Though it is interesting to note that your concious body can effect the subconcious, and vice-versa.
