will the divorced hindu mother's self earned property go to her ex husbamd after her death.?

Hindu divorced mother having self earned property in her childrens name who are in her custody.If she dies will the guardianship of the children along with the property goes automatically to the divorced husband.is there any way she can appoint a guardion for her children and property legally.

I think the the divorced husband never get the property, but if the childre are minors he may try to take the property, so see a lawyer and do as the lawyer says.
