i always try this...

drink at least a half gallon of cool clean water
take a multi vitamin or 2
take aspirin (325 to 500mg) if you have a headache
drink 2 to 10 cups of hot coffee

...wait 20 to 30 minutes...

if you don't feel good...you ain't gonna!

i would stay home. i'm sure your boss wouldn't want you coming to work and getting everyone else sick b/c then they'd have to miss work too!!

a day off to get some good sleep will help alot (but you have to stay home and not do much-sleep is the best thing for you)

take some nyquil and go to bed!!

you can also try these things to help you feel better

-put a warm mist humidifier in your room while you sleep. this will help keep the air moist and prevent your nose from getting stuffy and soothe your sore throat. if you don't have a humidifier-then turn on your shower with the hottest water possible then shut the door, letting the water run for about 10-15 minutes while you sit in the bathroom breathing in the steam.

-drink hot tea, suck on ice or hard candies to soothe your sore throat

-gargle with salt water (2tsp of salt to 8oz water)

-take ibuprofen for the headache ONLY if you haven't taken any cold medicine already (most cold medicines have tylenol or ibuprofen in them). take 200-400mg every 6 hours but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours

hope u feel better soon

I know how you feel, my line of work is extermely busy and other people have to pick up the load if Im out, and recently I was very ill with Quincy and had to stay home, I made the efford to go in and my boss realised how ill I was and sent me home, Im sure he appreciated the efford made by me.
Go in if your able, but if your sick then your sick, stay at home and recover instead of making yourself worse. And like other people have said its best not to spread the germs.

Get well soon

Stay at home! Why spoil 100's of other peoples Christmas by passing on your germs?

Stay at home. I doubt the shoppers would appreciate your germs. As for the shop it will cope, they always do. Oh, and get well soon

Stay home, take HA medicine and drink lots of fluids. If no better by tomorrow, see your doctor.

Stay home. You will feel better and won't spread any germs to the happy Xmas shoppers.

No need to feel bad taking time off if it is genuine.

That is my advice...... :-)

go if you can . . . but if you still feel sh*t tomorrow then take the day off. that gives you 3 days to recover over the weekend as opposed to having today off and then having to work tomorrow. get well soon! :)

Sounds like a bad case of flue, but better see a doctor anyway, better safe than sorry.
