Just like everyone else i get so much junk mail it's ridiculous. Other than replying to their emails which i know is a bad idea, is there anything constructive you can do back to them to stem the flow of useless emails and porn related rubbish?

First off, the "From:" address in spam is ALWAYS spoofed. Some of them are real e-mail addresses, some are not. Replying to or mail-bombing that address will get YOU blacklisted as a spammer! Don't waste your time!
Most spammers do NOT put up their own e-mail addresses on the net or in their spams, for pretty obvious reasons. They don't want to be mail-bombed or spammed themselves.
Just enable your spam filter. Delete the ones that get through. Don't waste your time trying to get back at them, you generally can't.

I have tried various mail bombing techniques to cause spammers aggro but have learned that it has little or no effect and is one big waste of time.
The best I can suggest is to have 'alias' or 'disposable mailboxes' which you can dispense with when the levels of spam get too great and to only divulge your real mailbox to close friends.
