its just that the N72 has much more features and u can install software to it like a computer.
the W810i features are limited, although the camera is better, and the phone is more tested coz its a Sony brand

go for the n72 it has more features and a more stable operating platform. though i need to admit the camera on w810i is better than that on n72

Go for the Nokia N73 which everyone is after these days, however, if you want only one of the above, I would go for the Nokia N2.
