I agree. I think that this is the only way all this could have happened. There seems to be no other way because the other option is in broad daylight and in the street, right? Or perhaps a drive-by shooting.... But all evdience so far is against these, the killer has to be posing as a client.

I have to say that you made me smile! Of course the killer poses as a client? What do you think he's gonna do, go up to the girl and say I want to kill you will you come with me??
It is most likely, in my opinion, that he says he has somewhere to go for sex - flat, garage or whatever and then kills the girl there and then dumps her some while later at his convenience.
RIP all those poor girls.
