There actually has to be an infected host with HIV to contract HIV, so no you would not get it from her.
You should be worried about all STDs however, and should get screened for them at your local STD clinic or Planned Parenthood.
Be honest with yourself about sex.....use protection everytime even if you think you know the person and their sexual history.

If the only person you have had sex with was not HIV + then you dont. If you have had unprotected sex with others or come in contact with the blood of someone who has then you could be.

If your GF were your only sexual contact and she is not infected with HIV then you are not infected. Use a condom so you won't have to ask about the probabilities.

providing that you didn't have unprotected sex with anybody else, and that you were not HIV+ before, you most definitely do not have HIV

If she didn't have it, you didn't get it from her. But you can always get it from someone else, so use protection.
