On Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options and on the first tab at the bottom you will see languages. Add the Japanese option. This will allow you to put explorer in that language.

For the e-mail go to view -> encoding and choose the language. Japanese is under more. Then you can view other characters. If your version does not already have Japanese, you may be prompted to download it for free from Miscrosoft.

go to the control panel on your computer and under the langage section go 'add language' once you ad japanese, restart your computer and you will be able to read and write in Japanese on your computer. I have no problem now. You may need to pop the Operating System CD (eg WinXP cd) into your computer to add the language) good luck!!

go to " www.altavista.com "..there,at the bottom,u'd see a tab labeled "babel fish translation" click on it..a new page would open..there,select "japanese to english" translation option.and then type or copy that message in the space provided.then click on "translate".again,a new page would open..there,u'd see the translated version of that very same paragraph u had typed in japanese.

use a word traslator, they translate text into any language.
