Most of all, a missed period, lesser known ones, some may come before or after you know are pregnant...fatigue, sore breasts, headache, menstrual-like cramps (but more mild). Alot of of the symptoms are really close to when you have your period. That is why that is at the top, well, other than a positive pregnancy test.

first of all, a missed period. a woman wouldn't suspect she is pregnant if she hadn't miss a period. i read over the net that another sign of pregnancy is increase of discharge, and gas pains...just check online for the others...

the only sign i ever had early on was missed period. other than that nothing until i started to get a belly. then i had cravings normally ring doughnuts, icre cream and maltezers. that is probably why on my third one i put on three and a half stone. soon lost it and went back to size 12. good luck

First signs, late period, breasts are sore. You become sick. Later signs, your belly begins to grow. Get a test you will know for sure.
