I don't think it's love with respect to Clinton, perhaps lust and thrill
As to Bush, could be anything from strategy for oil, or gungho-ness gone astray
Clinton's scandal painted the Congress in a very bad light
Bush war painted Bush Administration, and possibly the entire US, in a very bad light

i doubt it but similar things to Bill Clinton's affair must happen around with the world with other leaders. Bush being the warmonger affects everyone really, or at least everyone has an opinion on it. So Bush's love with Iraq.

At least Bush did something, clinton WAS A B.J. and only cared about Hollywood pals, he did nothing to protect the U.S., we had no foreign policy with clinton, remember ? and it will be written in history books that 911 was HIS FAULT, in your lifetime !
