and it says no firewall found but im sure i had one before

You need to check in the security centre; go to Start - Control Panel - Security Centre and see if Windows says the firewall is on.
Also look in your programs list. If you do have one and its on then contact your b/band provider and get tech help.
If you dont have one but you have service pack 2 then the Windows firewall should be on by default.

well seems like somehow the windos firewall is turned off. go to control panel and then double click firewall and turn it back on.. if that doesnt help go to zonelabs.com and install one zonealarm free firewall..

Dont use Windows Firewall please. With a simple registry edit the firewall can be disabled by any program Use a more versatile one like zone alarm.

Go to your start menu.Then go to all programs go to accessories click on security center and you will find a great firewall and its free.

click into start
control panel
~Add remove programs, that should list your firewall
if you havent got one.
goto www.zonealarm.com
then download the free one
