Hi everyone.
I am trying to settle a debate that is getting a bit heated and need some help from YA.
I am trying to find out if people have bought a Nintendo Wii from Comet or Toys R US in the UK.
NOT a pre ordered purchase. Just walked in and bought there and then over the counter.
If you have or you know someone who definately has would you please just say yes and give what store e.g Toys R Us or Comet and what area of the UK the store was in.
Thank you in advance for you help with this.

This question is not so that I can go and buy one, as I already have one that we pre-ordered.

Hi
I actually work at Comet and I can assure you we ( as a company) have none whatsoever to sell over the counter. We had a delivery to fulfill all pre- orders and some stores are taking a back up list of anyone that wants one, for when we get anymore delivered. BUT its very doubtful before Christmas.. Hope this helps your debate..

I've visited both and both have none to buy over the counter.
I've visited one Toys 'r' Us store and two Comet stores...

I went to Toys R US (Near Elephant & Castle) at the weekend but they where all sold out, but i'll try Comet.

i dont live in the uk im in th us but if getting them there is like getting them here it wont happen people wait in lines over night just to get them and they only get shipped like 10 at a time
