im from the uk and myself we put up the tree and dec the halls,on the 24 th dec,and take it all down 12 days later,some here have dec their halls and tree is up in october.depend what you really want to do, but we stick to the 12 days of christmas

We put our tree up usually the day after Thanksgiving! Sometimes a few days earlier. We take it down on little christmas I believe jan 9

I think its different for everyone, we put our tree up the first week in DEC, (since we use a real tree that way it stays pretty fresh)......and we take it down after new years....usually the day after....Happy Holidays!

Anytime between Thanksgiving and Christmas is fine

we put our tree up on Thanksgiving evening since most of the family is together....and can decorate together...we leave it up until the Epiphany, January 6th

Here in Australia my family tradition has always been the 1st of dec and we take it all down on dec 31... :)
