you will need some tools to mount the image as cd rom. there are many softwares. Best one is "Isobuster" and completely free.

you have to burn an iso file there are some good burning programs out there. but some of the free ones will only let you burn up to a certain size . you have to buy the pro version to burn bigger iso files

I'm not an expert but I beleive you have to burn it to a cd with a program like Nero Burning Rom. (Get the free trial version if you need it)
Or you can mount the iso image with a program like Daemon Tools.

You can open and view the contents of an .iso file using WinRAR. Get a free copy here : http://www.rarlab.com/
If you want to mount it and use it like a cd/dvd you can also use the free Daemon tools http://www.daemon-tools.cc.

you need a Nero Burn version 6.5 or higher and go to the
1. start
2. programs
3. Nero
4. Nero image drive
select Nero image drive and make an drive wait a minute and the go to the Nero image drive and "load" the image *.ISO and enjoy
