No.

If they were a man and a woman, sure.

Yes you can have sex during a woman’s period.

The blood won’t make the guys **** swell.
You won’t get air bubbles in the womb.
The “blood” won’t “go into your penis.” (It’s not even technically blood, it’s the shed lining of the uterus.)
It won’t cause mysterious “problems.”
And the guy is at no greater chance of getting a urinary tract infection.

If you and your girlfriend are both comfortable, go for it… Just put a towel down or something. (Menstrual blood washed out easier than actual blood, so it won’t stain.)

Random Facts:
Orgasms help menstrual cramps.

Urinary tract infections are not caused by menstrual fluid. They are caused by bacteria that are foreign to the bladder/urinary tract. If you have unprotected sex, your girlfriends natural lubrication is just as likely (unlikely) to cause a urinary problem.

Women CAN get pregnant on their period.

The menstrual flow slows during sex, so there’s not actually that much more fluid. You just notice where you wipe it.

Your chance of getting an STD remains EXACTLY THE SAME when the woman’s on her period.

hello!
it is perfectly okay, but a condom should be used, one doesn't know if the egg has been shed or not. There is a chance of pregnancy there.
You say "boy/girl"... how young might you be... and should you be having sex yet. Be responsible and be safe, protect yourself and your partners. Abstinence isn't a bad thing either. You will find out if it's the girl, or getting sex, that you care about.
take good care!

Yes it is perfectly fine as long as she wants it. Many women (myself included) find the idea replusive. But according to Sue Johannsen, it is perfectly healthy and can even reduce cramping if she orgasms.

It is okay, but if you do it will make the period last longr and make the girl uncomfortable. Why not wait a few days?

Not with the girl that's having the period....you could with a different girl as long as you aren't steady dating or married.
