You CAN be free from your PMS symptoms and other problems associated with menstruation.

This is what happen to my friend....
Hi, my name is Lisa Bodley. More than likely, as you've found this web site, then you too suffer from some of the more unpleasant menstrual symptoms. If that's the case, then you've come to the right place. There is a simple, natural way of putting an end to them, and I'm glad to be able to share it with you.

From the time of my first period, I suffered with the following symptoms of PMS:
bloating
*

vagueness and small accidents
*

feelings of being disconnected with my body
*

skin breakouts
*

sore breasts
*

memory loss
*

debilitating pain that would put me in bed for at least a day
*

fatigue
*

eight days of very heavy bleeding
*

and the inevitable mood swings that turned my life and my relationships upside down

What made things even worse was being told that all these symptoms were "normal", that they were simply part of what it was to be a woman and would possibly go away when I had a baby.

It seemed that menstrual problems had been around for so long they had simply become the norm, and the less said about them the better. There really wasn't anything you could do other than find ways to "cope" with them.

Help is here....

I used to have real bad cramps, now I use Aleve Feminax and it helps a lot.
I'm in the Netherlands, not sure it's sold under the same name in the US, but the active ingredient is naproxen sodium 275mg. Make sure you get the one specifically for period pains; Aleve also makes a regular pain killer which I haven't tried but I'd guess the one made for period pains likely works better!

ibuprofen...400mg every 8 hours didnt work?
you could combine ibuprofen with tylenol and split them up by 4 hours.
also try warm heating pads on your tummy area.

if this extreme pain is new for you and you get it again next period you might want to go see your dr. it might be a sign of endometriosis. which is basically a condition where you get uterine tissue that develops outside the uterus, so when that time of month comes around, those tissues also shed causing you lots of abdominal pain. fortunately there are lots of ways to treat it

Aspirin and a hot bath. Other than that, call the doc to get something stronger and make an appt to find out why it hurts so much. Unbearable pain is an indication that something is wrong.

I used to have severe period pains ages ago and found that Feminax worked wonders.
