why do computer hang when i am online?

it always hang when i just start up the computer

I am assuming you mean why is your startup slower since you got broadband? If so, it is because the PC is trying to establish the network connections and obtain an IP.
IF not, you will need to provide more info on exactly when it hangs and what you are doing when it happens.
