Chennai is the hottest city in India. Only in Dec-Jan (Marghazhi) months it will be some what tolerable.

The ladies are not hot at all. All dark and stout figures like Sulphate Saroja of Kolangal Serial. Some modern girls and women are there in aristocrat localities like Adyar, Beasnt Nagar, Tiruvanmiyur etc.-

It's usually pretty hot and muggy. The coolest temps are from October-February (meaning it drops down to the 80's). But in the dead of winter, say December, the temps may drop into the 70's...brrrrrr...hahaah.

The hottest months are from April-June. But it stays hot in the summer too.

Hope that helps!
