Right, but if you really want this nightmare to end now then tell her everything and if needbe take her to the courthouse and show her the records if you cant get them from your cousin. Dont put personal feelings into it. Show her the evidence and shes old enough to form her own opinions on whomever. That way you can never be accused of persuading her and start family problems. Good luck and Merry Christmas

No, you are not an idiot. Sobriety is a powerful thing. As long as he stays in recovery, attends his meetings and really wants to stay on the right path, then I say go for it. You mother needs to butt out. I understand she is your mother and only wants the best for you, but, it is also her job as your mother to support you. Now, about her accusing your husband of abusing your daughter.... unless she has proof nothing will come of it. The state is required to investigate any allegation of abuse, however, let them investigate. If your husband is willing to make an effort, then you should be willing as well. You may want to try attending some alanon meetings as well, they will help you understand and deal with the issues of being an alcoholic. Good luck to you.

i would have a mixture of feelings at this point but the important thing is that you and your daughter sit down and get it straightened out i'm sure she's feeling alot of the same emotions that you are. she is old enough to know the truth if they wont give the court papers to you they should give them to your daughter she can also seek an attorney to get the papers. at any rate it needs to be resolved you two have alot of time to make up and hopefully a great future to look forward to. good luck

If you really didn't do such a horrible thing then show her those papers! Get them one way or the other! She definately needs to know the truth.
If you did molest her she will remember it one day. It will just come to her...papers or not.

Only you know it if it is true or false. It hope it is false and not just what you wrote to make yourself look better. If it isn't true then you cousin is a coward for saying some bulls**t like that I would f**k him up for even saying that s**t.

well he should be overjoyed and yet sorrowful at the same time cos that means his daighter accused him falsely.
if she's 19 that would make 4 years when it happened. Maybe she was confused abt his attentions etc.
And what proof exactly does he have?

Your right. even so the fact that they even accused you of this I bet people still look at you strange sometimes eventhough you are innocent Their isa term I made up called the" fantasy burden" as in you got somthing tagged on you for the rest of your life and you didn't even do it.
