I'm an Old school Pontiac Guy.... GTO's and Trans Am's
But I think your looking at the newer Models...
GTO ..... is back since 2004 an a little better for 2007
G6 ..... Coupe... Convertible.... Sedan
G5 ..... ALL New Sport coupe is a Colbalt Line but with more standard equipment...
Solstice .... Sport Model built to be a off the Show Room Racer & Roadster... Built with Saturn at Pontiac Plant.
Grand Prix .... Oldest Name plate still hanging in there been a great value car for last 4 years.
Torrent .... The Pontiac Truck...Really a SUV but you can tow small stuff with this... And is better than the Aztek Hands down
Vibe .... Is back a very strong car Built with Toyota and and has everything people need in a car... Very High CSI with the customers that bought them... I test drove this car when it 1st came on the market and liked every mile of the 75 miles I drove it...
Check out::: http://www.pontiac.com/
I miss the "F" body cars like the 2002 T/A's

Yes there are other cars like Pontiac's. Pontiac is not a independent brand and the run the same drive-trains as any other GM car. Yes Pontiac will be missed by many people but life goes on just buy a Buick instead. And at least we get the Camaro back. KB has no idea what he is talking about. I own a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville with a V-6 and it gets 30 miles to the gallon. I also used to own a 92 Grand Am with a V-6 and it got well over 25 miles per gallon. He either needs to learn how to give his car a tune up or keep his foot out of the gas.

Pontiac is a marque of automobile produced by General Motors and sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico from 1926 to the present. In the GM brand lineup, Pontiac is a mid-level brand featuring a more sporting, performance-driving experience for a reasonable price, and a youthful feel to its advertising.

Pontiac has made numours cars, from Star Chiefs, Chieftains, Catalina's, Bonneville, Le mans, Tempest, GTO, Fire birds, Grand Pr ix, Grand AM, Sun birds and things of this nature. My opinion is that Pontiac's are the mid level from GM that is between a Chevy and a Cadillac.

well the older pontiacs (until pretty recently) were supposed to be better than a chevy, but worse than an oldsmobile. (in quality, size, and price) after oldsmobile came buick and cadillac.
