I am sorry honey,it is not possible to restore ur history if you have deleted under normal condition, unless you are using some backup & restore software (like altris that constantlly backups your data) it is not possible

It is impossible to bring back your history after you have deleted it from your cache or if your cache is overloaded.

i dont think so, unless hav sum kind of a backup software installed
