Push the windows button to see if it'll appear. It is possible that it is automatically set to hide. What you need to do is go to the properties when you right click the bar and uncheck autohide the taskbar.

It is most likely there on the bottom but you adjusted the size on accident. Put your mouse cursor on the bottom of the screen and it will become a double arrow. Once it is, hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse up. You should now see your start bar.
Another possibility is you have selected auto hide the taskbar in the properties, move the mouse to the bottom, right click, left click on properties and uncheck this option, click ok.
One final possibility is that it has been moved. You will need to drag it back.
At any rate, you can always press the key that looks like it has a flag on in in the lower left hand of the keyboard (betwen ctrl+alt) in order to bring up the start menu.
Good luck, HTH

push your mouse to each side of the screen and left click first and try to drag your hidden bottom bar out, or try right click
to see if you get the bar properties. It is self-explanitory from
there pretty much. You just pushed it flat or moved it up down
right or left.

Very simple. Take your cursor and put it @ the bottom of the page you may have to adjust it but it will come back up almost like when you are adjusting the tab lines on your word page. Let me know if this helps!
