With a mobile with 3G, does it charge you xtra gprs costs?

Phones that hav edge and gprs charge standard cellphone internet rates. Is it more costly with a 3G phone, as the connection is faster?

yes it charges you a little more, bt it becomes much faster

No it does not seem to go much faster ....I'm here at Khanji ....slow as a snail...
