Lay down in a comfy spot, close your eyes, rub your temples and clear your mind of any negative thoughts/feelings. Put on some music that eases your mind. Hope you feel better. :)

Try mediation. Mediation will help you relax your mind and body. It'll calm you down and make you feel refresh. Go to a very quiet room, and sit down comfortably. Then close your eyes, and focus on your breathing for 20 minutes. If you're having a hard time focusing on your breathing, then try saying "ohhmmmmm..." slowly and repeatedly for 20 minutes. This will help clear your mind. After the 20 minutes is up, slowly open your eyes and work your way back into reality. You'll feel refreshed.
Good luck!

Take a deep breath...and go for a walk outside. Try to detach yourself from what's bothering you. Tell yourself that at this time tomorrow, what's bothering you might not be so important. And what do you get for freaking out? Nothing...
But most of all, just take yourself out of the situation for a bit so that you can get the needed distance to get a clear picture.

Get up and get away from your desk/office for a few minutes. Take a walk to the cafeteria, outside, to your car, whatever. Do some slow deep breathing and concentrate on slowing your breathing and heart rates. Think of beautiful things, calming things. Lavender scent is calming, I suggest you purchase some lavender oil and you can sniff that too.

I remember having that sort of stress way back a year ago. My head hurt extremely, so I ran off the aggravating anger I had. That...didn't get the anger completely out of me, but it got me tired.
I suggest running, and drinking water or soft drinks. The drinking part I recommend because you drink off the feeling of bad energy. Don't drink alcohol, however. It'll just ruin your mind.

Meditation. Seriously. Twice a day for 20 minutes, and you'll soon notice a difference. Things just don't get to you so easily.
