Somthings not right here, im on death mountain i need the fire suit but i cant afford it, i cant cary enough rupees to but it

The Goron Tunic is adult size, so even if you brought it now, you couldn't equip it.
You get the Goron Tunic for free once you return to Death Mountain as an adult. When you get there, you'll see a long goron rolling around. Stop him rolling like you did the first time. It's actually slightly easier as you can just wait for him to pass a bomb flower and shoot the bomb flower with an arrow.
Once you've stopped him, go talk to him and he will tell you about what's happening. Once he starts crying, ask him about the dragon. Once he's told you about the Dragon, ask him about the gorons. after this discussion, he'll give you the Goron Tunic. Now you can enter Death Mountain Crater and reach the Fire temple.
As for carrying more Rupees, you get bigger wallets by destroying the Gold skultullas. Once you have killed a certain number, one of the people in the spider house will have his curse lifted. He will then give you a reward for your work. Here are the prizes...
10 Skultulas: Adult's wallet (Holds 200 Rupees)
20 Skultulas: Stone of Agony (Causes Rumble pack or Rumble feature to rumble at any nearby secret holes)
30 Skultulas: Giant's wallet (Holds 500 Rupees)
40 Skultulas: 10 Bombchu's (The least flattering of the prizes)
50 Skultulas:: Piece of Heart (Collect four to permanently increase your life meter)
100 Skultulas: Killing all of the Skultulas in the game gets you a Huge Rupee, worth 200 Rupees. But if you now save, quit and then talk to the person who gave you this again, you can get it again. You can do this as much as you want. They said that they'd make you very rich for destroying all of the Skultulas.

Remember 2 things:
The Goron suit could only be bought and worn by the grown-up Link.
Be sure you have obtained the upgraded wallets so you could carry enough money. The Adult Wallet you can get in the Skulltula house with 10 Skulltula Tokens, Giant's Wallet 30 Skulltula Tokens.

You get both suits for free
You get red suit from the Goron child named after your character
You get Blue suit from the Zora King after you help him
