ech time i squeeze my breast milk comes out, i knw that im not expecting has taken pregency test and im on the shot pls help really confused!

The breast of a man or a woman will produce milk when stimulated enough. My first wife was never pregnant, yet had two sessions where she was lactating. It is abnormal. Do not worry about it unless the milk is discoloured.

Pregnancy tests can be wrong but it also might be hormones gone wild. Maybe go to a different doctor.
