I would tell the ex employer that he owes you for unpaid wages if he does not respond I would then tell him you gave him his chance and now you will be forced to contact the Labor Board. Maybe if he thinks you are going to contact the Labor Board he will pay and if not then contact the Labor Board. Good Luck!

Absolutly AGREED! I say provide the employers a stable stiff penitentiary sentence! they are BREAKING the regulation! I dont even prefer to pay attention everybody say "nicely, production expenses are too extreme so we ought to hire them" . Any dipchit who cant see that those agencies are in all probability making 4 hundred p.c. earnings on the products is an fool! start up lockin them up and the undertaking will pass away! Of coarse in some years it wont count besides...grasping stockholders and ceos could have our jobs all farmed down there ane we can be jumpin the fence!

A notice of demand should be given to the ex-employer. If the ex-employer fails to pay, file a collection case against the ex-employer.
