How much, on a percentage level, did it affect your sexual pleasure with regard to orgasm?

my mum did...don't think it affected her sexual pleasure. but ask a proper gynae if you are not sure. i am sure it differs from woman to woman

Some women experience a much lower or milder sexual orgasm after a major hysterectomy. Nothing much can be done about it.

I had a full hysterectomy 4 years ago and have no problems at all.
