It depends on the situation and person. There are some instances when there's nothing to get angry over, and others where it's a bit understandable if the person's agitated. It's more like, "What makes one tick"?

It all started with craving and craving causes all suffering.
When we want something but unable to get it, we feel disappointed or frustrated. Getting what you want does not guarantee happiness.
