i have tried to be good but i dont consider my life to be good. i havent finished living yet so i expect things to get better.

I have lived a good life for myself, meaning i have things i always wanted like security, great relationship and nice home but i probably haven't done enough for others (charity) to say i have lived a good life if you know what i mean but i'm only 27 and have a lot more living to do. That's a hard question but a good one.

What is a good life?
I try to live with integrity, treat my fellow creatures well, respect the wisdom of others, guide the ignorant, keep on learning, and 'tread lightly' on the earth. I am a loving partner, a good daughter and a supportive sibling. I have two step kids and a baby girl and I try to be a good parent to all of them. I laugh a lot too.
I think I'm living a good life.

Once I asked my grandma who was very old why she wasn't afraid to die... She told me she had lived a long hard life but that it was a good life.
It took me many many years to understand this.
I believe the answer lies within a persons level of appreciation. No matter how bad life feels on occasion, it will always seem good to me because without the bad I would have no way to measure the good.

yes..i have been living a good life.....its simply because i know how to live my life to the fullest...i appreciate every single minute of my life..even the most saddest one...because i've realized that its a great part of life...i appreciate even the simplest thing that a friend can give such as smile..a tap on the back..the sunshine...and everything...

I have.... and I can say I have because I have experienced the bad side of life too..... and i struggle... Struggling, to me, is good... because I have learned to be humble during times of much stress......
I am humbled.... and it is good with me..... It is as a spirit that has beat on me until I learned to tell it "no more!" That now understands that I will not allow myself to be beaten.......

I think just by living was good enough. God didn't have to let us do that. We need to be happy we got that. How many people can you all think of that can,t say that. I know I can think of a lot.

My life gets less better :( because when u grow older u r more aware of the problems around u and u'll have more and more responsibilities.

yes i have. i have raised 3 children to be productive & caring adults who are loving. i have 5 grandchildren that i adore & i volunteer as a casa to advocate for foster children. i help anyone that i come across who needs help. i am a great friend & honest & faithful woman to the man i love.
why? because that is what i am here for..
