i was looking through a website that had pics from when the WWE was in iraq and there was a pic of carlito, but without the funky hair, but later on, in a match, he had the hair.

He wears his hair back when he is not in "character", if you notice he has a little bit different hairstyle now. He was in a press conference and had it tied back and also, on RAW, it showed him in Iraq with it tied down. NO he does not wear a wig!
