There are lots of companies out there claiming to be wholesalers of high designer bags but they usually don't have the truly low prices you're looking for.
The best resource I've found is a directory that lists true wholesale sources for high end designer purses. It's quite comprehensive and a fantastic resource if you're serious about starting a designer handbag business. You can find it at: http://tinyurl.com/ybr2rw
Hope this helps! Best of luck to you. :-)

Backpacks also continued to make a strong showing on the fall runways, in displays of colors not seen in previous seasons. Sass & Bide graphic tartan backpack was a real standout. Even main street retailer, Topshop, got in on the action with a very accessible maroon oversized, one-shoulder backpack that is sure to be an instant hit. Whatever you decide to add to your collection this season, you will have no shortage of choice when it comes to color.

If you work in a fine department store, you can buy the bags with your customer discount and re-sell them on eBay. You can even start your own online eBay store. That's if you don't have capital or don't have your own business. It's just the easiest way to do it.

Out of your trunk! just kidding!~ you have to contact the companys directly. Most of them wont let you sell them unless you have some sort of sellers licence which I think you have to pay for. look into it. good luck
