I am working in the Middle East and i have trouble accessing Vulgar internet sites since they are banned in this part of the worl. Tell me how to overcome it, legally or otherwise

Why would you want to risk being put in prison in the Middle East? That's the last place in the world that I would want to be right now unless I was in the military.

I am personally of the view that we must follow the law of host country. Honor and respect of your native country is of utmost importance to you. Best advice is to save yourself from any possible humiliation. Your question will be answered by some body. I can only regret for hurting you.

I'd comply with the ban. Punishment can be harsh in countries with oppressive regimes. Very harsh.

well, you can't do so legally... that's why they're banned there: check the local law: it may not be worth doing.
but if you still insist.... google "anonymous proxy server"
