yes Sonia you can attempt the IAS exam for it you should be below the age of 28yrs (some relaxations applicable) and minimum qualification is any degree. There are several coaching centres for the same in Delhi. It is you who should decide which one you would like. Some coaching centres other may say are good but, it may look going too fast or slow as per your level of understanding. So go in person speak to the people studying there and then take a step. In this way you would come to know about the material also. Don't run to an institute just for material, thats some thing you can get out side also.
