Im just wondering because there are some people who doesn't seem to have a hard time smiling whenever I see them in the workplace does it really take a lot of effort to those who likes to smile alot

I've heard that it actually takes more to frown than it does to smile.

EDIT: It doesn't take alot for me to smile because I'm a happy person. I try my best to keep negativity out of my life. Of course, I'm not 100% stress-free but I just try not to sweat the small stuff. I'm a "glass half full" type of person, so...

Anatomically, it takes some muscles. Psychologically, it takes many many many more "muscles". I smile a lot since I am trying to remember that we are all One, and only if you smile there is a chance to get it back.

really speaking veryless in nos. of muscles are required to laugh than to carry a sullen face so also it improves the condition of heart and mind.people at work try to wear a mask of serious face just to impress on the mind of boss and other collegues that they are very busy and are not passing time at office.
